Mr. Peng Chun is Chairman of Central Huijin. He is concurrently Chairman of China Investment Corporation. Immediately prior to this, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Bank of Communications. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Executive Director and President of Bank of Communications. Before that, he worked as Executive Vice President of China Investment Corporation, Executive Director and President of Central Huijin. He also held several positions with Bank of Communications, including Executive Director and Executive Vice President; Executive Vice President; Director and Assistant to the President; General Manager of Urumqi Branch, Nanning Branch and Guangzhou Branch.
Mr. Peng, born in 1962, holds a master's degree in economics from School of Finance of People's Bank of China.
Mr. Shen Rujun is Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and President of Central Huijin. He is concurrently Executive Director and Executive Vice President of China Investment Corporation. Prior to this, he served as Executive Director and Executive Vice President of Bank of Communications. Previously, he held several positions with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), including President of Shandong Branch, General Manager of Finance Accounting Department, Vice President of Beijing Branch, and Deputy General Manager of Planning and Finance Department.
Mr. Shen was born in 1964 and holds a Ph.D. in Management from Technology and Economics School of Hohai University and was accorded Senior Accountant by ICBC.
Mr. Xu Zhibin is Executive Director, Executive Vice President and Head of Equity Management Department II of Central Huijin. He is concurrently a Member of Executive Committee of CIC. Previously, he was a Board member and General Manager of Shenwan Hongyuan Group, Deputy General Manager and Chief Risk Officer of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities.
Mr. Xu, born in 1976, holds an MSc degree in Operational Research and Management Science from the University of Edinburgh, and an MPhil degree in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.
Mr. Lou Hong is independent director of Central Huijin. Prior to this, he held several positions at the Ministry of Finance, including Director General of Government Procurement Management Office, Inspector to Department of Treasury, Deputy Director General of Treasury Payment Center, and Chief Accountant (Deputy Director General level) of Treasury Payment Center.
Mr. Lou, born in 1958, holds a Ph.D. in economics.
Mr. Mu Huaipeng is independent director of Central Huijin. Prior to this, he held several positions at People’s Bank of China, including Senior Advisor, Director General of Human Resources Department, Director General of Legal Affairs Department, Director General of Financial Market Department, Director General of Research Bureau, Deputy Director General of Monetary Policy Department, and Deputy Director of Research Bureau. He also served as senior advisor to Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
Mr. Mu, a research fellow, was born in 1956 and holds a Ph.D. in economics.
